No one likes to pay for shipping. If I could afford to give everyone free shipping, I would. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping fragile items is significant. I calculate my shipping costs based on the size of the object and charge you as little as I can. Basically, you're paying one third of the cost, and I'm paying two thirds.
Most prints and cards ship for free.
I charge $10.00 to ship one wall tile or coaster set. Each additional piece adds $5.00 to the shipping price.
Note: If you order a bunch of stuff and shipping starts to get really high, I'll refund some of that cost. Also if you live locally, I can do a drop off and refund the cost of shipping.
I occasionally use recycled shipping materials, but prefer to use new (and more durable) boxes in order to ensure the safe arrival of your artwork. Also, FedEx and UPS won't always reimburse for broken pieces if they were shipped in recycled materials. So that's a bummer.
I ship as soon as possible, and orders usually go out within 24-72 hours. However, sometimes things are crazy busy or I am traveling and the shipment will be delayed, but in this case I will contact you. I am one human, not an Amazon! :) If you need the pieces more quickly than I am able to get them to you, I will refund your order ASAP.
More than anything, I want you to be happy with your new stuff. I know it can be difficult to buy art online, and I do my very best to take accurate photos of the work I'm selling here.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 30 days.
If something arrives broken, I will refund you ASAP. Please take photos of the broken item and the shipping materials, it will help me make an insurance claim with the shipper. If you are not happy with the item, I will offer you free shipping on a replacement item. If you would simply like to return the piece, I will refund you for the cost of the product (but not shipping).
Please feel free to communicate with me at any time about your new artwork! I love to receive photos of pieces on your wall or in use, and welcome any comments or questions.
